Exhibition Policies

Attendance:

Attendance at the C Store Expo hosted by Virani Group of Company's is open to registered participants only. All attendees must register in advance to gain access to the event venue.

Registration:

Registration for the expo is mandatory for all participants, including exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors. Registrants are required to provide accurate information during the registration process.

Code of Conduct:

All attendees are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the duration of the expo. Any form of disruptive behavior, harassment, or misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event premises.

Exhibition Booths:

Exhibitors are responsible for the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of their exhibition booths. Booth designs must comply with the guidelines provided by the event organizers. Any modifications to booth designs must receive prior approval.

4.(a). Removal of Promotional Materials: Vendors are responsible for removing any banners or promotional display signs/materials from their booth during the wrapping-up time of the event. These materials should be taken home with them, as Virani Group of Company's is not responsible for their storage or disposal. Please note that helium balloons and confetti are not allowed as part of booth decorations. Any promotional materials left behind by vendors after the event must be disposed of properly or taken home with them.

Failure to do so may result in a fine imposed by Virani Group of Company's for leaving materials on the premises.

Intellectual Property:

Exhibitors must respect intellectual property rights and refrain from displaying or distributing materials that infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or patents of others.

Photography and Videography Policy:

Waiver Agreement: All vendors participating in the Universal C-Store Expo & News are required to sign a waiver acknowledging that photographs and videos may be taken of their booth during the event. By signing the waiver, vendors agree to these terms and grant permission for their booth to be photographed or recorded.

Non-Interference: Vendors are requested not to interfere with the photography and videography process during the event. This includes refraining from obstructing the view of cameras or disrupting the filming process in any way that may impede the event's coverage.

Promotional Opportunity: Vendors are encouraged to promote their booth by taking their own photographs and videos during the event. There are no restrictions imposed by Virani Group of Company's on vendors capturing images or footage of their own booths for promotional purposes.

Use of Images and Footage: Images and footage captured during the event may be used by Virani Group of Company's for promotional and marketing purposes. Vendors who do not wish for their booth to be featured in promotional materials should notify event organizers in advance.

Liability and responsibility:

All exhibitors and attendees must comply with local, state, and federal regulations governing health, safety, and business practices. Failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event and legal consequences.

Changes to Policies:

Virani Group of Companies reserves the right to amend or update the exhibition policies at any time without prior notice. Participants will be informed of any changes through official communication channels.
